From over 16 years of experience I can say YES, it will affect your life very deeply.
You may want more than one session as Rome too was not buitl in one day.
BUT many people have lasting effects from one session alone, since you will continue to work at home with your images for weeks to come.
The nature of the Holographic univeres is such that the images will keep working from within your subconscious, whether you are aware of them or not.
